In a quest for a better life

Hi all,

Apa khabar hari ni?tajuk saya hari ni macam agak poyo kan..hahaha..sebenarnya hari ni saya cuti..makanya saya habiskan beberapa jam terawal cuti saya untuk qada tidur..haha…yeah,boring kan.tapi,tidur tu penting kot..untuk mood yang lebih baik dan juga konsentrasi yang lebih tinggi.bila mood dah baik and konsentrasi dah penuh..maka,kita akan rajin update blog..eh??

hehe..sebenarnya ada banyak benda yang kita boleh buat untuk mendapat better life..contohnya seperti

1) jangan bertangguh dengan sesuatu..
benda takkan selesai selagi kita tak bertindak…maka,do it now!
bila sesuatu pekerjaan yang tertangguh selesai,maka kita akan feel accomplished!tap tap..a pat in the back..good job..
all those facebook status can wait…do it now dear!


2) eat healthy
ya…kurang2 kan la makan fast food tu..ye sedap..tapi berapa banyak kandungan glutamat n salt dalam tu kita memang tak dapat imagine..plus,bersih kah?islam kan suruh makan makanan yang halal dan bersih..bak kata pakcik chef terkemuka..u can eat anything u want..but prepare/cook them yourself..

3)communicate correctly
yes…communication…yes,i learnt it the hard way..communicate what u want..people can not read your mind!yes,especially to girls..lelaki2 tidak boleh baca mind kita..sebab saya membesar di kelilingi ramai kawan lelaki..saya memang dah tahu dah..if i want something,i will say it..it is easier for people to understand me and most of the time,i get what i want.so,jangan emo bila kita tak dapat something yang kita tak luahkan pon..tp boleh la emo kalau dah cakap kata nak(let saya birthday nk kek) tp tk dapat kan..hehehe

4)be a good person
karma..yeah…sentiasa berbuat dan beranggapan baik..it is good for your heart and soul..believe me..! :)


oklah,saya nak bersiap pergi gym ni..berat dah turun 2,5 kg sejak balik malaysia hari tu..mainly sebab demam minggu lepas..tapi takpe,memandangkan dah register gym mahal2 kan,baik kita selalu pergi..adios! :)

baby massage

i have just finished a baby massage session for Haziq thought by our Hebamme,Sylke..Haziq seems to enjoy his first session of massage..he slept well now,hence the update..hehe..i can even sapu rumah,mop lantai and do the laundry that i have been wanted to do since the family went back..

Tomorrow our company will held the Sommerfest,but we decided not to go because we want to go for a shopping spree in Hannover..last weekend was the shopping trip for the family before they go back on Monday..the shopping virus was so contagious that i have bought the Longchamp handbag that i always wanted since early of the year(albeit the kekontangan duit because gaji tak masuk lagi)..i did notice that most of the teenager in Hannover wear those handbag and i just want to know how it feel to wear them..to tell the truth,i love the huge space in the bag,very easy to find your belonging in there since you just dump everything in one compartment..but the handles are not that comfortable because it always terjatuh from my bahu whenever i move..maybe i should put heavier things in the compartment so that the handles stay still on my bahu all the time..

i have two pieces of salmon in my fridge and rather than grill them,i was longing to cook them with a sauce..most of the recipes in the internet only have the grill version of salmon..maybe i should just invented some sweet sour sauce to go with the grill salmon..

the scale have shown 56,8kg this evening after i had my lunch..it means, 6,8kg to go until i can wear my skinny jeans again..last week i have tried my favourite levi's skinny jeans that i bought during boxing day last 2 years..i can get it up until my waist but i still can not button and zip up the jeans..and most of my shirt is very sendad at the breast part and the button will pop out itself at the buah dada and stomach area..what a disaster!..more of a reason to go shopping this weekend..huhu
have to schedule an exercise regime for us both..i have read that taking care of the baby does not make you lose weight that much..so,petang2..have to take Haziq for a walk at the park behind our neighborhood.. and next month,i should try to take the rueckbildung course ... we will see how it goes..

saya mahu cari quote pasal cinta yang bermaksud (lebih kurang) jika anda mencintai seseorang,maka anda perlulah menerima kebaikan dan keburukannya...ini adalah apa yang terlintas di pikiran saya ketika joging tadi..kemudian saya pon search la di google..tp dlm english la kan..pastu one of the results adalah self help book seperti chicken soup for the soul..yang membuatkan saya terpikir..lamanya dah saya tak baca self help book sebegitu..saya suka chicken soup series...lazat for the soul ..kemudian saya pon buka amazon...kemudian saya lihat one of the latest book ialah dr my lieblings author..sophie kinsella...nyum nyum,lebih lazat...buku2 from her never dissapointed me..in a sense that once i pick it up...azura adalah di alam lain...

lamanya jika mahu tunggu penghantaran amazon..saya dah tak sabar nak baca ini...


but i read the comments saying that this is not her best work...ish,mengapala terbaca..
saya harap esok saya dapat jumpa buku ini di thalia..

hari ini hari jumaat,dan saya sunyila..hazimin ada bbq di hannover..saya tiba tiba rasa sunyi di hujung minggu..walaupon saya tau esok dia akan teman saya,tapi..takkanla saya hanya asyik berkepit dengan dia sahaja..nanti bagaimana kalau dia fed up dengan perangai merunsingkan saya?
saya rindula zaman dulu2 di mana saya ada nena , hanya beberapa langkah untuk ke dunia sosial wanita...ada kawan2 yang era mereka sama saja dengan saya..bila saya gila game..mereka juga gila game,bila saya gila cerita jepun,mereka juga sama..maka bila saya buat lawak bai baisikal..nena contohnya pasti faham..
saya tak tahu la sampai bila saya akan tahan begini,betul kata auni,wpon ada kawan2 perempuan junior yang lain..tentunya tak sama dengan rakan sebaya..mereka ada kawan2 mereka sendiri..mengapa perlu nak bersosial lebih lebih dengan kita..mereka ade circle sosial mereka sendiri pastinya..circle sosial saya hampir semuanya di malaysia..geng2 parasit semuanya di malaysia..saya tak mahu jadi kakak tua yang cuba menjadi hip dengan menjoin budak2 junior...oh,melancholy nya saya di petang jumaat ini..

tak mengapalah,saya pasti perasaan seperti ini akan datang dan pergi..cepatla pergi awan hitam..saya tidak mahu melancholy begini selalu..

wah,nampaknya suhu badan saya sudah kembali ke suhu bilik..saya mahu mandi bubble bath yang nyaman itu..sambil cepat2 baca buku cerita yang saya beli bulan lepas..tak sampai separuh pon lagi..bagaimana mahu beli twenties girl kalau begini?

3.Semalam,i went to Hannover to watch Harry Potter!i was like,ermmm...did i really read this book?macam banyak scene dlm tu yg saya cam lost...bila kalanya bende ni jk rowling mention dlm book dia?but overall,okla...maybe because dh lama sgt bc buku dia..dh lupa dah..hermione is stunningly attractive,ron grown up to be typical british and astonishingly si malfoy itu benar2 membesar menjadi teenager yang dari mukanya mencerminkan hati yang rosak..i remembered when i read the book,i can sense the darkness and kekalutan magic world time itu,tp..bila tgk movie..tk rs pon sangat..tp syok sbb dpt tgk wayang...

4.indahnya cuti...tup tup,dh hampir 3 minggu dh pon..=(

first of all..happy new year to all..wpon cam dh basi kan..it stil january what..and sometimes,i

second..i went to china!!!(imagine my big grin with this)...was fun fun fun...the compay is fun..the experience was fun...and the whole thing is fun!!
wpon banyak bende happened during the holiday..i enjoyed it a lot..
lepas arrived..we naik magna,the laju magnet train..then lawat shang hai sampai terlepas train .so kene bermalam kat shanghai which was out of plan.chaotisch gakla actually cina ni,especially when u dont know the language..and yaps,populationnya sangatlah besar..everywhere ade orang ok..
and what tak syok ialah saya demam on the next day..sangat sejuk ok..brrr..sampaii ke tulang sejuknya..and since we slept in the night train ,i dont know wether i demam because of the bad air circulation in the train or the coldness of Beijing..we arrived in Beijing early morning,checked in hotel and start melawat Forbidden City(which is oh my god adelah sangat besar,sakit kakiku berjalan) and temple of heaven.Berjalan2 di area Tiananmen Square and visited nicht market.
The next day we went with a travel guide to climb the Great Wall,visit The ming tomb,silk and pottery factory and also the tea ceremony.On that night we went again to the night market and tried belalang bakar..huhu...nasib baik ianya adelah crunchy..so takdela yek sangat.
sangatlah fun ok...and juga penuh cabaran..silalah bersedia jika anda nak melawat cina tanpa tour guide sperti kami..

tamat kisah cina..kita bergerak ke tahun baru 2009..eh lupa,pas cina i went back to Malaysia..and also had a lot of fun with my family..we went to visit anyah in Miri and melangkah ke Brunei..baliknya,kami(5 family insgesamt) berkelah di teluk batik and had bbq next to the sea...syok syok!

ok,kembali ke alam nyata ..(oh tidak,adekah alam nyata saya ialah hanya kerja???tidak!!!)

saya sebenarnya baru balik dr Fulda smlm...kenape?kerana saya adelah 5% frau..di mana berat badan dan ketinggian saya menyebabkan saya tergolong di dlm group 5% frau tersebut.The versuch people need a people like me to be the dummy(ish ish) and involve in the sitz test.I have to sit in 14 different positions in the car...sounds nothing,but it is not nothing because the car was place in a room with 35°c and 95% luftfeuchtigkeit...kami basah ok dlm tu..hehe
takpelah,tak kisahla tu bcos i got to stay in 4 star hotel (own by my company erstaunlichnya) and had a nice and fresh breakfast everyday...

berita kurang enak..ikan2 saya mati semuanya..kerana saya pon tak tahu kenape...balik dr fulda.mereka sudah tinggal nyawa2 ikan..sekarang saya paham term itu..kerana mereka saya lihat begitu..seperti hanya menuggu kepulangan saya untuk mengucapkan selamat tinggal..saya sedih,tp saya juga lega(teruk kan)...sedih kerna saya sayang mereka..merekalah penghibur saya bila saya sorang2 dulu...lega kerana tidak perlu lagi mengisahkan dan risaukan mereka bila saya tiada..saya juga rasa bersalah kerana rasa seperti pembunuh..macam mana ya?berdosa ke saya?

swollen eye

*mata saya membengkak seperti alien semalam..i woke up in the morning,and i can't open my left eye...so i went to the doctor and he said that its from the change of weather...apekah?all my colleges said that maybe i was exhausted and stress about the work..maybe i am...maybe i need some rest..tomorrow i suppose to travel to frankfurt for the malay cuisine at marriott...i hope my eyes will look less swollen tomorrow...

*saya adelah sangat teringin chocolate cake with full of choc..nyum nyum...will bake one maybe on sunday..or maybe tonight...

*i bought haier washing machine last sat and got it delivered yesterday...the maschine shake A LOT when it spin the clothes...it moves about 1/2 meter ok...not to mention kebisingannya...what should i do?did i missed some important instruction about how to assemble it?

*economy crisis really effect us here in europe...there are already many car manufacturer have stop their production line starting last summer...i hope we will not badly affected...today we had our betriebsrat quartal meeting and the boss mention that we already lost like 3 million in nurnberg and had stop some of our production and manufacturing line...ohhhhhh....

*did i mention that tino adelah sangat baik??he even brought me breakfast last saturday...

p/s:i so love the levi's slim jeans that i tried last week,i want it!!i hope they still have my size when i go there tomorrow..

we went to watched footbal game at the stadium today..my first time to watched football live ..it was so damn cold!!!thank god knutt bring extra butt pillow just for me..i am happy..he is a good boss...we won 3-0..:)
the game was fun..the reff was bias..the players were straight,the announcer was funny...overall..it was fun!i am glad i did went to the game..

deepavali

happy deepavali everybody...
my friend pretty invited me for deepavali celebration today..
she invited her indian friends and haresh..haresh is my kollege..we had a lot of fun..i saw how they do pooja..and it was interesting..i realize,eventhough i am a malaysian and india is one of the biggest population in malaysia..i never truly see deepeavali this close..i am glad i know her..she is a good friend..and to think about it..how come i never really know how chinese and indian celebrate their festival?it is a shame ..for me and most other malaysian...

saya beraya rumah malaysia di berlin ...
tak kesampaian nk sembahyang raya,sampai di masjid,imam sudah baca khutbah..
makan sampai kenyang gila..adoila..

i was looking at flight ticket back home in december when i found out that one of the cheapest offer is from china airway...hemmmmmmmmmmmmm...do u know that china is one of the country that i LOVE to visit before i turn 50?=P
hemmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....maybe i will make a stop over in China and fly back with air asia which i found quite cheap..hemmm,but..one week is not enough for that huge country...i need at least 2 weeks,but i want to spend time in malaysia too...what should i do?2-3 hr ot from now on?i got 21 days of annual holiday,plus christmas,plus new year,i should get more or less a month holiday...hemmm,should i??but,travel alone in China?hemmmm.....anyone want to join me?

p/s:i will most probably work here nur until next year...so,i guess i should use the chance to travel wisely...
